  3. Can I get a refund? because we give you 10 days to tryout the service, so you can make sure pinmaps.net fits your needs. You can cancel the service at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial payments.
  4. Can I change my subscription plan? Yes, on the maps page and from the control panel .
  5. How do I cancel my subscription or close my account? It is very simple. on the maps page and from the control panel .

  6. If I cancel my account will my maps and pins be deleted? No, all your maps and pins will be safe for up to a year, but you will only see 1 map and 30 pins that comes with the free plan. : Free accounts that has been inactive for one year will be automatically removed from our system. Make sure that you log in once in a while to avoid losing your data.
