  1. How do I sign up for a paid plan? Start with a free account to explore our features and see if Pinmaps.net meets your needs. When you’re ready, you can upgrade at any time.
    We want you to experience the product first, so there is no need to pay before trying it out.
  2. Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Yes, you can cancel your service at any time. It is incredibly straightforward—just one click of a button, with no need to email support.
  3. How do I cancel my subscription or close my account? On the maps page, click the My Account icon, then select the Close Account link from your control panel.
  4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.
  5. Can I get a refund? We do not offer refunds, including for partial billing periods.
    We highly recommend using the free plan first to ensure Pinmaps.net is the right fit for you before upgrading. You can, however, cancel your service at any time.
  6. Can I change my subscription plan? Yes. Click the My Account icon on the maps page, then select the Change Subscription link from your control panel.
  7. If I cancel my account will my maps and pins be deleted? No, your data is safe! Your account will simply revert to the free plan, meaning you will only be able to view the 1 map and 30 pins included in that tier.
    Your extra maps and pins will be hidden but securely stored. Important: Free accounts that remain inactive for one year are automatically removed from our system.
    To avoid losing your data, please be sure to log in occasionally.
